Catherine Iorns: Climate change in international courts

Come hear award-winning environmental law professor, Catherine Iorns, explain the significance of the 2025 International Court of Justice Advisory Opinion on the Obligations of States in Respect of Climate Change. Find out about the international laws that our government has to uphold, including two that states were probably not expecting, and consider how these international laws might be used in domestic litigation.
