Wellington City Council is working with the Wellington City community on a range of safety initiatives. This survey is designed to provide a baseline picture in relation to Wellington City Council's City Safety and Wellbeing plan.

Some of these questions will be asked again in June 2026, with new questions also added based on where the City Safety and Wellbeing plan is at, to help us understand any changes in community perceptions of safety in Wellington City.
