    How do I find out more about the clubrooms' condition?

    In 2021 the Council obtained a building condition assessment report from a chartered surveyor. This report found that the clubrooms are in poor condition, with weathertightness problems, decaying timber framing, and no heating or ventilation systems.  The full condition report is available here on page 125.
