The waterfront is a busy place and people visit and move through and along it at different times, on different days, for different reasons and in a variety of ways – walking, bikes, scooters, skateboards and more. We’re keen to gather more information about how people get around on the waterfront and how safe they feel sharing the space.
Why do we want to gather information about this?
Wellington is heading towards a safe and sustainable future with improved accessibility for all residents. With Te Atakura and Paneke Pōneke plans shaping the way people move about the waterfront, this information will help us to understand the area and deliver on relevant initiatives.
